- FLO – Frequency Locked Oscillator
- DCU – Digital Control Unit
- ACU – Antenna Control Unit
- IDCU – Integrated DCU
Specific financial terms and details of the all-cash transaction were not disclosed. TTT will operate as part of dB Control and will relocate to its facility in Fremont, CA.
