Lee will Match High-Power TWTAs, MPMs, Contract Manufacturing Services to Customer Applications
Fremont, Calif. – August 11, 2016 – dB Control, an international defense electronics manufacturer, has hired Michael Lee as director of sales and marketing. In this new position, Lee will help dB Control continue to grow in the defense market. He will also use his electrical engineering background and more than 25 years of sales experience to develop new relationships with companies whose stringent specs require dB Control’s high-power traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs), microwave power modules (MPMs), power supplies, contract manufacturing services or repair depot services.
“Mike’s engineering expertise, combined with his marketing and entrepreneurial background will help him match our capabilities, products and services with defense contractor’s and OEM’s applications. He’s a perfect fit for the dB Control team because he has experience in the networking, satellite communications, wireless, RF and microwave industries,” said dB Control VP of Business Development Steve Walley.
Prior to joining dB Control, Lee was western regional sales manager at Comtech Xicom Technology where he used his expertise to exceed several sales goals. While at IBM from 1989 to 1991, he received a US Patent for his electrical circuit design. Lee earned a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York.
