Joe Hajduk to Remain CEO Through February 2012
PRWeb – Fremont, Calif. – dB Control Corp., an established manufacturer known for its reliable, high-power microwave amplifiers, radar/electronic countermeasure (ECM) transmitters and power supplies, announced that it has promoted Fred Ortiz to President. Previously dB Control’s Executive Vice President, Ortiz will now oversee all company operations, including the development and production of next-generation microwave products. Joe Hajduk will remain dB Control’s CEO through February 2012, after which he will assume an advisory position. All other executives and managers will remain in their current positions.

Fred’s knowledge of company operations and his working relationship with the management team will ensure that this transition is seamless. Ortiz began his career with Varian (now CPI – Communications & Power Industries) in 1984 and was rapidly promoted to managerial positions in customer service, new product marketing, program management, transmitter operations and sales management. He earned his B.S. in International Business and MBA in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University.
